Red Zone Arts (RZA) is an Asian contemporary art gallery that opened in 2011 in Geneva, presenting artists discovered first in South East Asia (Singapore,..) and then in China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam and was a Shanghainese spin-off. When Red Zone Arts opened in Geneva, Asian artists immediately welcomed the project.

In 2011, RZA participated in ArtGenève. The gallery was later selected for Art Paris Art Fair in 2015 and also acted as the curator of an exhibition entitled “China Hoje, China Today, defying the limits” in Museu Do Oriente Lisboa in 2016.

The ambition of RZA is to reveal the creativity and dynamism of Asian artists and to bring together different types of performers to open up our minds by playing “the game of mirrors and dreams”.

What we strive to express through the selected artworks is a feeling of self-confidence, a passion for entrepreneurship and a vision of the future. Hopefully these encounters will also help to erase stereotypes and break down barriers between cultures, nations and continents.

Our ultimate goal is to encourage visitors to explore unchartered territory, to take a leap of faith and to join us in the “Red Zone”.
